Your pack shipment

Packages are generally delivered  in 7-30 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS / UPS / FEDEX with tracking number.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Sword Returns

Marto Sword Store products are guaranteed to be new, first quality and original authentic manufacturer products. Exchanges and Returns add to the cost of doing business. In order to keep our prices as LOW as possible , Marto Swords reserve the right to assess a 12% restocking fee on all returned items unless the goods are damaged in delivery or defective. We will replace defective items. All orders are shipped insured, so goods damaged in delivery will be covered by the carrier's insurance. If there is a problem, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with a description of the problem. A return authorization number and further instructions will be provided at that time. Packages shipped via the United States Postal Service require the consumer, you, to file any claims for lost or damage in transit claims.
