King Richard the Lionheart riding a horse standing on a wooden platform. The knight wears a parade suit of armor composed of a great helm with crest, a cuirass with pauldrons and bracelets and greaves on the legs. The basin and hoses are covered with black colored velvet breeches. The knight is armed with a round shield, a jousting lance with banner and a sword. The horse also is harnessed with metal parade armour enriched with relief sculpted figures and a black colored velvet caparison.
